Floods kill at least six in Italian region of Tuscany

Six people died and three are missing in the Tuscan city of Livorno on September 10, after heavy rain hit the city in the early morning causing floods. Between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. more than 250 millimeters of rain hit the city, cutting water and electricity to many areas around the city.
