Footage has emerged from China of a hair salon manager punishing his employees in an unconventional manner after they received customer complaints.
The video, captured in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on August 22, shows the man pouring a bucket of cold water on each employee.
According to reports, all the staff accepted the punishment.
