North Korea threatens against Nuclear War

North Korea threatened to spark a Nuclear War amid joint military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea. Pyongyang said it can strike the U.S. at any time and neither Hawaii, Guam, nor U.S. mainland can "dodge the merciless strike."
