Velomobile QuattroVelo 004 - How useful are 198 gears in a velomobile?

This is what the Quattrovelo can do with 198 gears and a 1888% gear range. It's really nice to be able to climb anything without turning the bike into a leg press, but also go downhill faster than gravity alone would allow.
