Russian man enjoys floods with lilo and a beer

An amusing video has emerged from Ussuriysk, Russia of a man making the most of flooding in the city by relaxing on the water with a lilo and a beer.

A state of emergency was declared in Ussuriysk after the city was severely flooded on August 7.
