A body camera caught the moment a suspect fired at two Las Vegas police officers on 1 August. Officer Richard Nelson, 33, was hit by a bullet that made it through a gap in his bulletproof vest, the other officer barely escaped. The suspect, identified as Miguel Salas, 25, was killed during an exchange of gunfire between the police and himself.
