Police are looking for the suspect who spied on a woman inside the women’s bathroom at PetSmart in North Phoenix. Police say the incident happened on July 14th around 9:15 a.m. Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-W-I-T-N-E-S-S, or 480-T-E-S-T-I-G-O.
