‘Blood Artifacts’: Palmyra relics end up on black market in US, Europe - expert

It's taken over a year for a bill banning the import of antiquities from Syria to make it through the U.S. congress. And it's still waiting for the President's signature. The legislation targets the looting and smuggling of art and artifacts by Islamic State. The issue has recently been raised once again on Capitol Hill.
