An amusing slow motion video has emerged from the UK which claims to show the terrifying side to pet cats.

"I filmed our two cats Barnaby and Balthazar using the slow motion function on my iPhone and the results were chilling!" The filmer wrote online.

"They usually look so cute but in slow motion they look like terrifying predators with their sharp fangs and crazed expressions!" He added.
