Two Charged After Dog Found Starving, Unable to Walk On Its Own

Two people in Missouri are facing charges in connection to the abuse of a dog known as "King" that was rescued by animal control officers earlier this year. The malnourished dog was reportedly found with a chain around its neck and its head stuck under a fence on a 19-degree day.
