Video shows arrest of man driving in wrong direction on motorway

A man in Warwickshire was arrested after driving in the wrong direction on the motorway. Tony Chapman, 62, was driving 70 miles per hour down the wrong lane of the M40. When he did not respond to police asking him to stop officers were forced to make 'tactical contact' with his car. Police reported Chapman had 'no recollection' of driving the vehicle.
