Teepee Erected Outside Parliament Ahead of Canada 150 Celebrations

Native rights activists erected a teepee outside Canada’s parliament in Ottawa on June 28, ahead of Canada Day on July 1 as part of a reported protest against celebration of the country’s colonization.Police reportedly tried to block the protest for a time.
