Srebrenica victims' relatives appeal for Dutch to take responsibility for all deaths after court ruling

A court in The Hague has ruled that Dutch peacekeepers could have prevented 300 of the more than 8,000 Muslim men and boys from being killed in the Srebrenica massacre more than 20 years ago.
