MLS Disciplinary Week 16: Schweinsteiger hands to face/head/neck on Delamea

The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Chicago Fire midfielder Basitan Schweinsteiger in violation of League policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Schweinsteiger has been fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in the 70th minute of Chicago's match against the New England Revolution on June 17.
