Trump: 'With God's help, we can achieve a free Cuba'

President Trump announced Friday his intentions to cool policies around U.S.-Cuba relations implemented by Barack Obama. He said that Obama's policy allowed the Castro regime to benefit from increased tourism. Trump's new guidelines will outlaw people-to-people travel, forcing those who want to visit the communist country to travel in groups. Despite "canceling" Obama's policy, changes announced Friday will not take effect until new regulations are issued, according to the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control. Trump also commented on human rights in Cuba, saying "with God's help, a free Cuba is what we will soon achieve."
