Katz's Delicatessen owns the No.1 spot on The Daily Meal's list of the 101 Best Casual Restaurants in America for 2017. The news comes on the heels owner Jake Dell announcing the Lower East Side institution will operate a Brooklyn satellite inside the long-delayed Dekalb Market Hall. Dekalb Market Hall will open Friday.
