ESET, a Slovakian security firm, released a report that Russian hackers used the star's Instagram account to communicate utilizing malware. Turla, a Russian group that targets government officials, commented on Spears's Instagram, leaving covert malware instructions. Rolling Stones spoke with an Instagram rep for more details: "We are aware of this activity and have taken action against the responsible account," The comment has since been deleted but was buried in thousands of comments, which made it more difficult to trace in the beginning.
