short docu-"drama" about anarchic driving prevalent in cebu, philippines (only place worse i've seen is in shanghai, china).. plus misc photos taken past 6 months.
(pls note: to avoid any misunderstanding, i have the highest regard for filipinos, per se; however, my criticism of their driving stands--whereof, evidently, they themselves readily acknowledge.)
