The video’s title says, “Get on board or get left behind.”The secretary general’s spokesman said on Thursday the US decision was a “major disappointment.”“It offers a meaningful yet flexible framework for action by all countries,” spokesman Stéphane Dujarric said. “It is crucial that the United States remains a leader on environmental issues.”
