MPower Change and the New York State Immigrant Action Fund organized an “iftar at Trump Tower” on the evening of June 1, during which Muslims observing Ramadan broke their fast outside the Manhattan landmark of US President Donald Trump.The event attracted Muslims and activists protesting against what they viewed as the president’s anti-Muslim policies.
