At least 31 members of an ISIS-linked terrorist group have been killed in the Philippines. Martial law was introduced earlier this week on the country's second biggest island, after the terrorists swept through the streets causing carnage. The introduction of martial law is, however, sparking fresh fears of human rights violations.
