The brother and father of the Manchester suicide bomber who killed 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert were arrested in the Libyan capital of Tripoli, according to an NBC News report. Salman Abedi's brother, Hashem, had been under investigation for more than a month and was arrested after receiving 4,500 Libyan dinars ($3,230) from his brother. Hashem traveled to Libya in April but was in Britain when Salman carried out the attack. He said both he and his brother belonged to ISIS. Another man taken into custody Tuesday in Manchester was identified by Abedi's father as another son, 23-year-old Ismail. Four men also suspected of being part of the plot were also arrested Wednesday in south Manchester. Manchester police announced that the family is part of a "network we are investigating."
