The father of Alyssa Elsman, the slain tourist visiting Times Square last Thursday, wrote a heart-wrenching letter to his daughter and left it at the site of the tragedy. "I have met so many people from different countries, religions, creeds, etc... you have shown us that when you remove bias, racism and ignorance, WE ARE ALL ONE. Your condolences have been sincere and taken to heart." Elsman's father The framed letter, which sits atop an NYPD barrier with flowers and toys, describes Elsman's grief and how much Alyssa loved Times Square. The driver, Richars Rojas, smoked PCP-laced marijuana before pulling onto the sidewalk and targeting pedestrians with his car and has been charged with seond-degree muder. Elsman's father ended the note with, "I have a hole in my heart... I love you kid... Love you, love you, love you."
