Ceremonies are taking place outside the Carillon and Petit Cambodge restaurants, Bonne Bierre Cafe, Belle Equipe bistro and Bataclan concert hall with the unveiling of a plaque, reading of the names of the victims, wreath-laying, and a moment of silence on the first anniversary of the attacks. Balloons will also be released in the 11th arrondissement on the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks that left 130 people dead.
