[GTA V REDUX] How to Fix "Unable to read assembly.xml" Error

Steps:
1. Open the .oiv file with 7-zip or WinRar.
2. Drag out the "assembly.xml" file.
3. Open that assembly.xml file with Notepad++.
4. Click on the "Encoding" tab at the top, then select "Encode in ANSI".
5. Scroll down to line 56 and delete the characters â, €, and "
6. Save the text file.
7. Load the .oiv file through OpenIV and you shouldn't get the error.
