A great sugar glaze for cinnamon buns or other baked goods.
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter 2 Tbsp (30 mL) water 1 cup (250 mL) icing sugar
Method: Melt together butter and water, in a pot or microwave. Whisk in the icing sugar. Glaze will thicken as it cools, so pour over your cinnamon buns while still warm. Can be rewarmed to make it spreadable.
