Priyanka Chopra to star in Kalpana Chawla’s biopic?

Biopic season is on and if recent reports are to be believed then, actress Priyanka Chopra will soon be blasting off into outer space with her next film project based on Kalpana Chawla.
According to reports, Priyanka's team has been actively involved in the pre-production work of the film to be directed by debutant Priya Mishra.
Leggy lass, Priyanka has reportedly locked on her space suit to play Kalpana Chawla, the first Indian woman astronaut in space.
The girl who hailed from Karnal, Haryana, flew into space on the shuttle Columbia in 1997. She died on her second expedition along with six other crew members in 2003, in a space shuttle disaster. She had spent 31 days, 14 hours and 54 minutes in space.
Meanwhile, Priyanka is back from the US to promote her Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch.’
