A humane mousetrap with just a bowl and a walnut

A video has emerged from Russia showing a simple humane mousetrap made from only a bowl and half a walnut.
In the clip, which was filmed on April 15, the halved walnut props up an upside down bowl. A mouse spies the nut and approaches but has to position itself right under the bowl to get at the nut. When the mouse touches the nut, the bowl falls, trapping the rodent.
The filmer then releases the unharmed mouse in the garden.
