The head of the American spy agency the CIA, Mike Pompeo has called WikiLeaks a "hostile intelligence service", which threatens democratic nations, and joins hands with dictators. We spoke to Ryan Gallagher who is an investigative reporter at The Intercept, which covers surveillance and intelligence issues.
