The Klim Traverse Jacket is a great choice for the adventure rider that wants to keep things simple. The exterior features a dual-layer Gore-Tex performance shell that’s rated to remain waterproof at highway speeds. Storm flaps and waterproof zippers keep the two hand pockets and vents on the chest and forearms sealed against the elements. There’s also 500D Cordura reinforcements on the shoulders and arms.
Please note, however, that the Traverse jacket does not come with armor. For those wanting more impact protection, there are pockets that accept D3O Level 1 and Level 2 shoulder, elbow and back pads.
Fit can be adjusted by way of the Velcro cuff closures and at the base of the jacket via an elastic pull string. The microfleece-lined collar closes with Velcro too.
Inside, there’s a moisture-wicking mesh liner, plus a zippered pocket and headphone port.
Available colors are Black and Green and sizes range from Small to 3XL.
