Mischa Barton Talks About Sex Tape Scandal With Dr. Phil

Mischa Barton is speaking out about the sex tape leak that has been hanging over her recently.
She sat down with Dr. Phil to discuss the scandal and how she found herself in such an uncomfortable situation.
She said, “I loved this person and I didn’t believe it was possible, and I later learned that it was entirely possible.”
The reported sex tape apparently shows the actress in bed with a dark haired man and is being offered to the highest bidder with the starting price of $500,000.
“It was obviously complete emotional blackmail,” she said. “But it was one of those things where I needed to distance myself from all of these people immediately, because there’s not much you can do; it’s really out of your hands, and it was a crime.”
Thankfully, those in Micha’s corner expect to pursue the handlers of the tape. In a statement released in March, Micha’s lawyer Lisa Bloom wrote.
“We will fully prosecute you under every available criminal and civil law. You proceed at your peril.”
