Footage has emerged of traffic stretching back from Westminster Bridge shortly after a terror incident outside the Houses of Parliament.
The video, captured this afternoon from the 18th floor of a nearby building, shows ambulances and police cars attending the injured on the bridge, amid traffic chaos.
According to reports, two people died and at least 12 have been injured.
