Police Arrest Naked Man Roaming Melbourne City

A naked man who was walking naked through Melbourne CBD was arrested and taken to the hospital for assessment on March 18.Victoria Police told Storyful the man was arrested for willful and obscene exposure and was first spotted lying on the ground in East Melbourne at Nicholson Street and Victoria Parade. Around 5.30 pm police apprehended him on the corner of Elizabeth and Bourke streets.
