Gwyneth Paltrow Gives Advice on Hitting The Gym

Gwyneth Paltrow gets a lot of flack for her new age health remedies and unorthodox daily routines but whatever she is doing, it’s certainly working for her.

The blonde beauty has attributed her youthful appearance and amazing body to her near-daily workouts, but she admits in the upcoming issue of Women’s Health that she’s not always pining for the gym.

She says, “I like feeling good, and I know I feel my best when I exercise. But it depends on the day, I definitely don’t always feel like doing it.”

The actress goes on to say that she approaches exercise like a daily habit, “Just like brushing your teeth…I drop the kids at school, work out, go to work.”

Hmm, it sounds like there isn’t much room for fun in Gwyn’s schedule. However, she does make exceptions too.

She tells the magazine, “I have a pretty healthy diet, so when I'm eating processed foods and not watching my alcohol intake, I feel it. But at the same time, you want deliciousness, you want a fun life.”
