It is only an ILLUSION to assume that Oroville Dam SAFETY is not a DIRECT FUNCTION OF ITS SPILLWAYS! Therefore California MUST provide more than one primary spillway for the Oroville Dam; thus replacing the ludicrous, concrete-covered "burm"...with a REAL..HIGH INTEGRITY...SPILLWAY!!
