Paatsalu bay is located in west side of Estonia ( http://webapp.navionics.com/?lang=en#boating@12&key=epddJsunoC ). There is pretty shallow water (1,5 - 2.5 meters) and in coastline is partially some seagrass, so i recommend to use there a seagrass or wave fin. In raceboard a wave fin is not a problem, since it have a dagger and ride to upwind is easy. In that day was a light wind ( some 6 - 8 m/s) and in first leg to islet Hassalaid im going to upwind. Near to the islet i have to go slow, to avoid hit a rocky seabed.
