Today I have a quote from the great Mark Twain.
"What gets you into trouble isn't what you don't know ... it's what you know for sure, that just ain't so."
Here are three thoughts I took away from the Twain quote:
1. Lets be accurate when "spreading facts." (hey Google)
2. Let's not put others down because we think that our way of thinking is the only way that someone should manage ideas and opinions.
3. When having a conversation with someone, lets go into it with the goal of walking away with having learned something new ... it might mean intentionally lowering our guard a bit.
