by Jeff DonlanArchitects can now modify and design their surroundings in real time. Exanaview is a 3D-spatial authoring app for the Microsoft HoloLens. The augmented reality app lets designers test different designs immediately. The software establishes the position of the walls and creates the illusion of depth. A blank wall can be converted into a closet or a book shelf. Walls can be removed to visualize larger rooms. Exanaview’s creators see uses in construction, landscaping, and car maintenance.
