'Freezing fog' turns Chinese city into Winter Wonderland

Incredible footage has emerged from China of what can only be described as a Winter Wonderland.
The video, filmed in Jilin Province on January 15, shows what's known as the "hard rime" phenomenon which occurs when ice forms on the outside of things like trees when water in cold fog freezes.
