An amusing video has emerged of a one-year-old baby clapping while he watches the early stages of Donald Trump's inauguration on TV.

The footage, shot in New York City, NY, USA today, shows Lucas clapping, captivated by the live report.

"When you've only been alive for a year and a half but you're already ready for a new president!" his mother wrote online.
