Dr. Kananga is the dictator of San Monique, a small Caribbean island. Intelligence agencies believe, Kanaga is involved in illegal international drug trading also. MI6 has deployed several agents in various cities to monitor Kananga's activities. Mysteriously, three of those agents got killed in New York, New Orleans and San Monique within 24 hours at the time Kanaga visiting New York to join United Nations conference. In this clip, Kananga and his mistress is seen attending a meeting in New York's United Nations headquarter. A MI6 agent is also present at the venue as British representative.
