Packers' wide receiver Jordy Nelson (ribs) McCarthy said Friday that team doctors would not clear Nelson to practice. The injury occurred on a sideline play in which Nelson went up for the ball, leaving his midsection open for a hard hit from Giants' defensive back Leon Hall. Nelson will travel with the team McCarthy told ESPN.
