Trump's transition team says the press conference will take place at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday. The press conference will take place at Trump Tower in New York where the president-elect has conducted most of his meetings with potential Cabinet and administration appointees. This press conference was originally expected to be held on Dec. 15 and discuss Trump's plan to step away from the Trump Organization, the real estate and hospitality empire that threatens to create an immediate series of conflicts of interest once he takes the oath of office. One of the topics of discussion will be Trump's intention to turn over his businesses to sons, Donald Jr. and Eric. Trump's last press conference was held on July 27 and talked about several incorrect and unsubstantiated claims about Hillary Clinton and the San Bernardino, Cali., gunman who orchestrated a terror attack in the city back in Dec. 2015. Members of the media are expected to ask questions regarding his plans to repeal the Affordable Care Act and his appointment of his son-in-law Jared Kushner as a top White House adviser.
