Mission Objectives: • Go to the underground car park off Topaz Street. • Park the car in the empty space near the pillar and place the sticky bomb on the front of the car. • Hide behind the red car and detonate the bomb when the FIB is near the car. • Take out all the police force in the underground car park. • After they dealt with, escape the car park and take out NOOSE. • Lose the cops and take Bulgarin and Timur back to Burgarin’s house.
