Heavy fog creates a 'sea of clouds' in northern China

Stunning footage has emerged from China of thick fog sitting between sky-scrapers in northern China.

The video, captured in Dalian, Liaoning Province on Monday, shows a blanket of fog covering the city.

According to local media, a red alert for fog has been issued.
