Do you love sushi? Do you love it enough to spend over $600,000 on a single tuna? Sushi chain owner Kiyoshi Kimura bought a single bluefin tuna yesterday and paid $632,000 for it, the second highest amount ever paid for such a fish. I feel it was a bit expensive, but I am happy that I was able to successfully win at auction a tuna of good shape and size. In 2013, Kimura submitted the highest bid for a bluefin tuna on record, paying $1.8 million for a single fish.
