A cool video has eemerged of a man performing a double backflip into a lake.
The footage, shot last month at Lake Tahoe, California, USA, shows the man jumping off the cliff holding onto a rope swing and landing a perfect double backflip.
"This rope swing is one of the biggest swings around," the filmer wrote online.
"The only catch is a very uncomfortable clearance of rocks down below," he added.
