President-elect Donald Trump said he would hand over control of his businesses to hi sons, Don and Eric, before his inauguration on Jan. 20. He stated that the companies would make “no new deals” while he is serving his term in office. Trump gave no indication that he will give up his ownership stake in his global real estate and licensing empire. Experts have previously said Trump would need to give up his stake in his real estate empire to not profit from the impact of his own policies.
