Animal Rescues: Bat in Fruit Tree & Cat in River

Sometimes animals find themselves trapped in precarious situations and they need humans to help them escape. First, watch as a grey-headed flying-fox is released from citrus netting in a fruit tree. The poor animal was taken to a shelter to recover and heal its injured wings.

Then, the Los Angeles S.M.A.R.T. Team rescued a black cat from a river. They had to scale the wall to get down to where the cat was trapped.
