Jerry Orgeron captured dash cam video of someone hitting his pizza delivery car in a shopping center parking lot. The driver in Kenner, Louisiana did not stop after hitting Jerry's car. That's when Jerry started to follow the driver and communicate his location to police. The driver ended up parking at her apartment complex and was arrested when police arrived.
